Mentor: The Career Guidance Cell

MENTOR is the Career Guidance Cell of K.L.E. Society’s Law College, Bengaluru. It has been instrumental in training students and providing job opportunities in leading law firms, multi-national corporations, non-governmental organizations, banks, educational institutions, non-governmental organization and the like. MENTOR plays a pivotal role in providing career guidance to its students. It conducts various activities and workshops such as contract drafting training, professional ethics training, group discussions, and mock interviews for the students.

The Placement Committee is a wing of Mentor. It shoulders the responsibility of coordinating all the aspects of recruitments and placements at K.L.E Society’s Law College. The Placement Committee is an organ of the Mentor Cell. It makes sure that the students have ample opportunities for internship and jobs in law firms, LPOs, advocates, and companies. The placement Committee draws up the database of students, invites recruiters from over the country for on and off campus placements and organizes pre-placement talks. The committee functions throughout the year to co-ordinate the activities so that the placement drive each year becomes a huge success.
