The institution celebrated the Republic Day on 26.1.2016 at 9.00 A.M. in the campus. Our teaching and non-teaching staff along with K.L.E. Society’s S. Nijalingappa College jointly celebrated the same. Republic Day commemorates the dated on which the Constitution of India came into force replacing the Government of India Act, 1935, as the governing document of India on 26th January, 1950. The day is celebrated to make Indians feel proud of multi-cultural fabric of our society, the secular democracy that we live in and the Constitution of India which gives us the fundamental rights and a stable democracy which respects secularism. Being law students who are the future of the largest democracy in the world it becomes inevitable for a law student to understand the importance of the day and celebrate it.
